Rev. Otis Davis is responsible for managing the registration processes for convention meetings. He will provide oversight in the training of personnel who will utilize various systems and platforms to register churches and delegates. Davis will maintain accurate records of membership and registrations to help resolve any conflicts associated with payments and voting credentials and qualifications.
