Administration

The Treasurer shall keep all financial records of the Convention. The Treasurer provides a report of the finances during each session and ensures a safe and timely system of deposits and transfers of funds. He shall submit annually a full and correct report of all monies received and disbursed by the Convention and will serve as a member of the budget committee.
