Administration

Rev. Darryl Magee shall keep a fair and impartial record of the proceedings of all of the sessions of the Convention and Board of Directors meetings. He shall provide oversight to the assistant secretaries and make necessary assignments to them in order to maintain a comprehensive reporting of meeting minutes. Magee will provide the Executive Secretary with all requested meeting minutes.
