Attorney Barbara Blackmon will serve as General Counsel for the convention and provide legal advice and representation of the convention in any legal matters if deemed necessary. A longtime friend and member of GMBSC, Attorney Blackmon will assist the convention in drafting, reviewing and answering any legal notices addressed and/or pertaining to the convention.
